Bear Lake!

We took our first trip to Bear Lake this past weekend with our friends Jason, Rachel, and Xander. We had a great time! I can't believe that I have lived in Idaho my entire life and never been to Bear Lake. The water was gorgeous and the weather awesome! We spent most of our days on the beach soaking up the sun and playing in the water. Jason and Rachel drove their trailer down to the beach so we had a great place to chill and let the babies nap right on the beach! We only had a few tragedies. First was getting stuck in the sand. We probably got stuck a total of 3 or 4 times with 3 different cars. (Luckily we had 2 trucks so we didn't stay stuck for long!) Second was flooding Jason's Explorer. (Don't worry, it drove away fine just a little wet!) Paige enjoyed the trip and was able to experience her first boat ride. I think she wanted to go on the tube but we told her she would just have to wait a little longer. (She needs a few more dunks under her belt!) Ryan and I enjoyed the trip as well. Especially because the bouncing of the truck caused Paige to sleep the entire car ride there and back! We really enjoyed spending time with our friends and can't wait to go again!
