So Sorry!

Ok, So I think I have officially been chewed out by everyone who looks at my blog for not posting since January! My life has been crazy. I am finally finished with work Hallelujah! My last few months at work were crazy as I tried to cram everything in to the end. Finally, this last Monday was my last day and I left it all behind. I must admit that I am a little nervous about the prospect of just being home all day! Anyways, Since my last post tons has happened but I'll just write a few.

First, I had my quarter of a century birthday on March 6th. With everything else that has been going on it didn't really seem like a big deal. But as I was opening my gifts my awesome husband surprised my with keys to a new car! I was SO excited. This is definitely the largest birthday gift I have ever received. Many of my long distance friends have been asking for a pic, so here it is. Don't mind the picture of Carl's behind, ( I couldn't get him to stay at the camera while I took the pic!) so its his own fault that it will be posted for everyone to see!

Also since my last post, I have had 2 baby showers for Baby Paige. (By the way, that is the name we have chosen if you hadn't heard yet!) My first shower was in Portland with my wonderful Orme Family. We went to P.F. Changs (always a favorite) and Paige got her first taste of spoiling. It was great to get to visit with all the girls on my last trip to Portland before the arrival of the baby. My second shower was here in Idaho and was thrown by Natalie and her mom Cindy. It was a huge task trying to organize something to accommodate my many, many family and friends that live in the area. But as always, Nat and her mom are amazing and it was great. For some reason I was getting a little nervous that no one would show. Especially after only about 4 RSVP's. However, when the day arrived there were at least 60 people in attendance! I could not believe it. It was an awesome shower and Paige walked (or I guess rode) away a seriously spoiled unborn infant. Here are some of the pics of the results of that shower. Again, thanks again to Natalie and her mom for taking on such a huge event! I love you both!

An adorable changing table, stocked with all the necessities.

A matching crib with literally piles and piles of quilts and blankets.

Approximately 780 diapers! In all various sizes.

Baskets and baskets of toys and supplies!

And finally, somewhere around 70 different outfits!

Yes, crazy I know. But at least I can say that I didn't spoil her!

We are so excited for her to come. As of today I am 36 weeks prego! Only 4 weeks left to go. I am on the rotation of taking a pregnancy pic every 4 weeks so today is the day for a new pic. I will post tomorrow the new pic as well as a pregnancy update. Again, so sorry for the delay. Hopefully I am back into the blogger circle again. Love you all! -Jodie
